Insurance Tracks
We Fight for Your Coverage. That's the Whole Reason We Exist.
Using insurance is the reason this clinic was built. We know a lot of people want their treatment covered, and we're here to help make that happen — with real effort behind it, not just a form and a shrug. Here's what most offices actually do: a staff member submits your doctor's order and your chart notes. If insurance says no, that's usually the end of it. Nobody calls to fight it. Nobody resubmits. Insurance doesn't pay doctors to argue on your behalf, so most offices simply don't.
That's exactly what we do differently.
When your prior authorization is denied, your physician personally does a peer-to-peer review — an actual phone call with your insurance company, explaining why your treatment is medically necessary. We resubmit. We jump through the hoops. As long as you're willing to stick with it, we're willing to stick with it right alongside you.

Why would I choose insurance over cash pay? If you want to use the insurance you're already paying for, we're here to help you actually use it — and we'll work harder for your coverage than most offices will.
What do you actually do to help me get covered? We submit your prior authorization, and if it's denied, your physician personally does a peer-to-peer review with your insurance company to advocate for your treatment. Most clinics don't do this because it isn't paid for by insurance — we do it because you matter.
Will my medicine be ready the same day? Your prescription is sent to your pharmacy of choice, not dispensed here. Occasionally, even after we get your prior authorization approved, a pharmacy may have questions or delays on their end. If that happens, we'll keep working with you and your pharmacy to help sort it out.
Will I have to make extra trips? Possibly — since your medication comes from your own pharmacy rather than our office. You may also choose to use your insurance's preferred lab vendor. We know that can add extra stops, but it's part of using your insurance benefit, and we're here to help however we can along the way.
Is insurance cheaper than cash pay? It depends entirely on your plan — we can't say for certain. We encourage you to compare both once you know your numbers, so you can decide what makes the most sense for you. This is why we also allow you the flexibility to change programs up to two times a calendar year.
What do I get from my assessment if I choose the insurance path? Beyond your assessment results, you'll get the exact words and steps to use when you call your insurance company — who to ask for and what to say. This is something you only get through the assessment, and it puts you in the best position to actually get covered.
Do I need an appointment? Nope. Just walk in during our open office hours.
