Why do I have to do an assessment first? Can't I just tell you what I want? We don't want to sign you up for a program that isn't right for you. Our programs ask for a real commitment, so it's important that it's the right fit before you commit to anything.

What does the assessment cost? $147.

Is the $147 fee ever applied toward a program if I sign up? The assessment fee is always separate.

​

What if my labs are "rigged" to just sell me a treatment? We're not here to sell you something you don't need. The assessment tells us what's actually going on with you — and if a program isn't a good fit, we'll tell you that too.

Is there a program for everyone? We try to have a program for almost everyone. There are a few situations where we're not the right fit, and if that's the case, we'll be upfront with you.  If you have active cancer, pregnant, lactating or planning to become pregnant within six (6) months we may not be a good fit for you.  Some heart patient may also not be a good fit, but we can determine that from the assessment.

Do I have to sign up for a program the same day as my assessment? The assessment is done so you know what is a good fit for you and we never pressure you. You can go home and think about it. There's never any obligation.

How long is my assessment good for if I want to think about it? Six months. You'll have up to 180 days to decide on a program after your assessment.

​

Will you prescribe whatever I ask for? If a medication is appropriate for you based on your assessment, you'll be prescribed it. We only prescribe what's actually right for you.  Safety always comes first.
