Do you take insurance? We are only able to accept private insurance.

What if I don't have insurance? We offer low cash-pay options, including for labs. This may even be less expensive than using your insurance.

Why do you require a commitment instead of pay-as-you-go? It takes time to know if a treatment is really working — usually at least six months. A commitment also helps us follow up with you and make sure you stay safe on your treatment. Stopping some medications suddenly, especially higher-dose weight loss medications, can actually be unsafe. We ask for a commitment so we can take care of you the right way, not just sell you a prescription.

Do I have to pay for doctor visits separately? Physician visits are included in cash pay programs.  If you are using your insurance, our insurance company requires you to pay your copay when you see a doctor.

Will I get a surprise bill? You will never receive a surprise bill from us. The lab you use may send you a bill if you use your insurance.  That bill is between you and the lab and has nothing to do with us. We offer cash pay labs so you never get a surprise bill.
